On the sunbathing lawn in the middle of nature

Enjoy the sun and the wonderful view on our sunbathing lawn. It is located right next to the historic farmhouse and offers a magnificent view of the Catinaccio in the Dolomites. Various fruit trees thrive on the surrounding meadows as well as different herbs in the garden.
Outdoor area and sunbathing lawn at the farm

All guests can use the outdoor area freely. For relaxing, deckchairs and table groups are available for a pleasant stay. Fresh fruit from the farm's own trees is freely available to guests, depending on the season.

Playground

To keep the little ones entertained, there is a small playground in the outdoor area. A sandpit and a slide, as well as enough space to explore and play around on the farm grounds ensure a varied stay.

On our farm you will find everything you need for a carefree holiday. We are gladly available for advice regarding excursions, etc.

  • Guided tour of the farm: Visit the horses in the stable and on the meadow with your hosts.
  • Bread service for our guests
  • Use of the panoramic lawn with deckchairs and parasols and the playground

  • Pick-up service from the train station or Bolzano airport on arrival and departure (on request)

Bolzano Bozen Guestcard
  • The Bolzano Guestcard is distributed free of charge and exclusively to our guests.
  • The Bolzano Guestcard is valid exclusively during the period of your stay.
  • The Guestcard must be validated each time you use public transport. In museums, the Guestcard is validated by readers at the entrance. For all other services, the Guestcard must be validated with a reader at the respective service provider. To use the "Bonus partner" services, simply show your Guestcard.
  • The Guestcard must be completed with the guest's name and the date of validity.
  • The services included in the Bolzano Guestcard are for individual guests. In order to use them, the Guestcard holder must comply with the respective registration terms and take into account the maximum number of participants. For information, please contact the relevant tourist office.
  • Mobility: free use of all public transport services belonging to the South Tyrolean Transportation Network: regional trains from Brennero/Brenner to Trento/Trient and from Malles/Mals to San Candido/Innichen, regional and municipal busses, the cableways to Colle/Kohlern, Renon/Ritten, Maranza/Meransen, Meltina/Mölten and Vöran/Verano, the Mendola/Mendel funicular and the Renon railway as well as a roundtrip ride with the Swiss PostBus between Mals and Müstair.   • Museums: one free admission to more than 90 museums and collections in South Tyrol including following museums in Bolzano: South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology, Museum of Nature South Tyrol, Museion - Museum for Modern and Contemporary Art, Civic Museum, Mercantile Museum, Nativity Museum, Treasure of the Cathedral, Runkelstein Castle and Messner Mountain Museum Firmian as well as the Farmer Museum Rohrer House in Sarentino.
Prices and information
Depending on the season, the accommodation price is between € 175 and € 195 per day for 2 adults/apartment, including final cleaning, heating and additional costs. Children under 8 years of age on the day of arrival are free of charge. From 8 years to 9,99 years the price is 10€ per day, from 10 to 13,99 years 14€. In addition, we charge the local tax of € 1.15 per day for people over 14 years. This tax is not included in the prices quoted and can only be paid on arrival.
The booking becomes binding after receipt of the agreed deposit (booking guarantee) by bank transfer. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
All flats are non-smoking flats.
Cancellation
Covid-19 cancellation situation: If you are unable to go on holiday due to Covid (risk area, entry or exit ban, quarantine obligation in your country after travelling to Italy), you can cancel free of charge up to two days in advance.

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB:
  • Up to 60 days before the day of arrival at the latest, the reservation can be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
  • In the event of cancellation by the guest between 60 days before the agreed arrival date and the arrival date itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
    • Cancellation up to 60 days before the arrival date at the latest: 70 % of the agreed total price.
    • Cancellation less than 14 days before the day of arrival: 100 % of the agreed total price.
    • In the event of the guest's non-appearance ("no show") or early departure, the fee for the entire booking period is owed in full.
Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your holiday.
We recommend that you make use of the cancellation protection offered by the "Roten Hahn" association.
